Health food have high levels of sodium which can increase blood pressure and risk of stroke and heart attack. Medical studies have shown that foods made from plants, especially nuts, grains, beans, fruits and vegetables that may reduce the risk of heart disease. The following are five foods that people with heart disease should  use:
